*Warranty Terms:
Our 30 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately.
*How do you make your return
- sign in to your CARAMELO account
- go to My Orders & click Returns button
- choose the item that you want to return
- choose a shipping company to deliver the product to our warehouse
- send to us the tracking number or the shipping receipt
*Warranty Of Compensation:
30 days warranty product could be accepted to be returned to our warehouse in coordination with our Customer Support Team.
Wrong items:
If you receive a wrong product, we will replace it at our cost or refund you.
Items are not Wrong:
If the item not wrong but you are not satisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain us the situation, we will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.
Missing products/accessories:
We check all items/accessories before sending them, this should be extremely rare. Please contact as per our warranty process as above, we will offer you a solution.
Size & fitting and wrong product:
Customers are responsible to review the size chart and to choose the right item before making the order.
-If you have received the wrong size, submit a ticket indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered.
Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange for free or a refund.
Important Notes:
* Items to be return should be, unworn, unwashed and without any damage. We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that have perfume/scent of any kind, makeup/deodorant stains or is dirtied in any way.
* Be returned with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.
* Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry, Event & Party Supplies, DIY Supplies, Pet Supplies and accessories
* Please do not send your return product to the address that is on the package

Refund Returned Items
Caramelo will process the refund of the items returned within 5 days from the date we receive your items at our warehouse, checked & approved to be refunded.
Please note that any delay due to certain issues like, customs, holidays and others that are out of our control will effect your refund, as the process of refund will start when we receive your returned item at our warehouse
